SpaySA has been a community leader for over 11 years in providing and promoting accessible subsidized spay and neuter services for pets in Bexar County. We provided over 14,000 low-cost spay and neuter surgeries last year. We advocate all pets be spayed or neutered which reduces overpopulation and provides healthier pets.
SpaySA began as a coalition of: the City of San Antonio Animal Care Services, the Animal Defense League of Texas, the Humane Society/SPCA of Bexar County, and the Veterinary Medical Association of Bexar County.
